South Africa- Unbeatable in Every way
Okay, okay, okay. So maybe not technically every way, but after visiting, you’ll be hard-pressed to disagree. South Africa, with its diverse landscapes, vibrant culture, and rich history, offers a captivating experience for travelers seeking a unique adventure. From the stunning Table Mountain in Cape Town to the majestic Kruger National Park, home to the iconic Big Five, there is no shortage of natural beauty to explore. Immerse yourself in the colorful tapestry of South African culture through its cuisine, music, and art. History buffs will be fascinated by sites like Robben Island and the Apartheid Museum, while adrenaline junkies can get their fix with activities like shark cage diving in Gansbaai. With warm hospitality and unforgettable experiences awaiting at every turn, South Africa truly has something for everyone.
When to Visit: May thru September is best for overall weather and wildlife viewing. While November to February can be rainy, it is the best time for birdwatching enthusiasts.
Who Should Visit: South Africa is perfect for those who want to take their time, step out of the comfort zone and push their senses to the limits- no extreme measures necessary.
How to Get There and Around: Most visitors fly into one of the two major cities- Johannesburg in the east or Cape Town in the west. From there, you can hop a domestic flight to explore the other parts of the country easily. Or, if you’ve got more time and a sense of adventure, we recommend renting a car and driving. (It isn’t crazy, we promise!)
